Jack Campbell Earns Pro Contract with Sussex CCC - 1.5

We proudly announce that left-arm seamer Jack Campbell has signed a pro contract with Sussex CCC until the end of the 2024 season.

He turned up at SpeedCamp last year.

He was low on confidence and had just been released from his contract with Hampshire.

His bowling action was all over the place, and his timing was out of sync.

To make matters worse, he was even fighting a few niggles.

During his profiling session, we asked him what the goal was - when he told us, we laughed…

I said, “Is that it?”…

We laid out the plan, got to work and achieved our goals.

He said, “Thanks so much for all your help this winter. I literally wouldn’t be anywhere near getting another deal if it wasn’t for working with you.”

If players are judged by their performances, coaches SHOULD be judged by results.
