Input Energy

Input Energy is concerned with the momentum you create and preserve in your run-up. Your ability to optimise this energy system relies on your acceleration, sprint speed, running mechanics, run-up structure, intensity and tempo. 

Effective Energy

Effective Energy is an analysis of your bowling technique, biomechanics, and efficiency. By improving your competency in this energy system, you can maintain momentum and create elastic energy during your delivery stride. This will result in a more effective transfer of momentum into your bowling action's snap.

Impact Energy

Impact Energy is a measure of your athletic attributes that significantly affects your ability to stabilise your bowling action as well as generate power and speed.
